Arrival
in Kunming
Upon your arrival, our guide will pick
you up at the airport and transfer to
your hotel. Visit the Bamboo Monastery.
Bamboo
Monastery: A Tang Dynasty (618-907
A.D.) temple known for its Arhat statues,
is the most famous of Kunming's temples.
The present Bamboo temple was rebuilt
in the Guangxu Era (1833 to 1890).

Day 02
|
Kunming
- Stone Forest - Yuanyang
After breakfast, drive 90 KM to Lunan
county to visit the Stone Forest. Drive
4 hours to Yuanyang in the afternoon.

Stone
Forest: The most remarkable natural
phenomena. It consists of innumerable
bizarre shaped ancient limestone cliffs
and peaks created by wind and water
erosion some 270 million years ago.

| Day 03
|
Yuanyang
Drive to Duo Yi Shu in the morning,
see the sunrise at the terraced-fields.
Visit the spectacular terraced-fields
at Quanfu Zhuang and Jinkou Village.
After lunch, visit terraced-fields at
Laohu Zui, Baoshan Zhai and Bada. (B+L+D)

Yuanyang
- Kunming
Visit the local market this morning.
After lunch, drive back to Kunming.

| Day 05 |
Kunming
Tour to the Dragon Gate in Western Hills,
then visit the Grand-view Park. After
lunch, visit the Golden Temple and the
Bird & Flower market.. (B+L)
Western
Hills: Located at the west bank
of the Dianchi
Lake, is set in mountains well
covered by evergreen woods and filled
with sweet songs by lovely birds,
perfect for hiking. Dragon Gate consists
of the Sanqing Temple Complex and
the Dragon Gate Grotto Complex.
Grand-view
Park: A beautiful lake-side park
that was completed in 1690 during
the Qing Dynasty, known for its longest
antithetical couplet in China.
Golden
Temple: A Daoist temple, the main
building of which is cast entirely
in bronze weighing about 280 tons.

Departure
from Kunming
Transfer to the airport for your departure,
