The entire project will be completed and go into operation by September 1,1997. According to international practice, the club adopts a membership management system. Membership cards are divided into tree kinds; individual, company and family. All cards are transferable, heritable and valid for 50 years. Club members are authorized to have free entry and to use the facilities of the club. Construction on the club's second-phase project, a living complex of villas for members, will take place soon. When completed, club members can buy the villas with preferential prices.

The irrigation and maintenance system of the golf course uses Toro equipment imported from America and was installed by Taiwan's Renbo Company.

The total length of the golfairway measures over6,400 meters, of which seven holes are 400 meters, four holes are 2000 meters and another sevenbetween 3000 and 4000 meters.
